Cale did really well with the knot-tying challenge in October. By the end of the month, he could tie the bowline, figure-eight follow through, and square knot with his eyes closed, and also taught Alissa how to successfully tie each one as well.

The November challenge is to start each morning with a 10-minute yoga session. We discussed the physical and mental benefits of yoga, and had our first session this morning (11/1). In addition to this daily practice, Cale will attend a minimum of 3 hot yoga sessions with either me or Alissa this month.
