Boys get frustrated. Men have patience. This was a really good week of practical ways to grow as a young man.
Netflix, Amazon, Shipt, Uber, Door Dash… We live in a world in which patience isn’t really required in order to get most of the things we want. Because of this, it is crucial to help cultivate the skill of patience in our own lives and the lives of our children.
We can learn a lot from the patience that Moses showed with the Israelites.
When people around you are freaking out, men are level-headed and have patience with those around them. When others are ungrateful, men don’t get frustrated, men have patience. When God doesn’t give us answers immediately, men are patient in prayer.
Cale and I had to adjust a bit to Thanksgiving week, but we made it work. Another great week of Lovett Legacy!
