Boys isolate. Men connect. God will give us brothers.
This week we focused on how true manhood means connection, not isolation. Many young men today feel lonely, even if they’re surrounded by people. Real friendships, where you can be honest and known, are rare among young men, but are really important.
We talked about why connection is hard: social anxiety, lack of practice with real-life friendships, differences in interests or values, and ESPECIALLY the impact of technology. But we also saw that God doesn’t want us to walk alone—He gives us brothers in Christ to encourage and support us. We grow stronger when we open up and walk together.
It might feel awkward to have a deep relationship with another dude, but having someone you can rely on, and who can hold you accountable is really valuable.
