Boys grasp. Men trust. God will remember us.

This week, Cale and I closed out our study of David by looking at what it means to surrender your legacy to God. David’s final charge to Solomon was simple but powerful: be strong, follow God’s commands, and finish unfinished business. His life, full of triumphs and failures, reminds us that legacy isn’t about wealth or fame, but about faithfulness. David’s heart for God, his willingness to sacrifice, and his commitment to God’s will shaped generations after him.

We talked about how boys chase control and recognition, but men surrender their story to God and trust Him with the results. A godly legacy costs something, but it’s worth it.
