Boys spend. Men steward. God will give us what we need.
This week, Cale and I talked about how a godly man thinks about money. Boys spend impulsively, but men learn to steward their resources with eternity in mind. We looked at Paul’s words in 1 Timothy 6 and saw that real wealth isn’t about how much we have but about contentment and trust in God’s provision. Money itself isn’t evil, but the love of money can trap us, pull our hearts away from God, and damage our souls.
We also explored generosity and the principle of sowing and reaping. God calls us to give cheerfully, to use our resources to bless others, and to trust Him to provide all we need. Boys chase temporary riches, but men invest in eternal rewards.
